These Terms of Service govern the use of Saju and Myeongri consultation services provided by Master Zen (“the Operator”) and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to establish the conditions and procedures for using the Saju and Myeongri consultation services provided by the Operator, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

Article 3 (Description of Services)

The Operator provides Saju and Myeongri consultation services based on the user’s birth information, consultation requests, and selected consultation method.

The type of consultation, duration, fees, and other specific details may vary depending on the service and will be provided to the user before payment.

Article 4 (Service Procedure)

  1. The user requests a consultation through a method provided by the Operator, including KakaoTalk Channel.
  2. The Operator confirms the consultation request and coordinates the consultation schedule.
  3. The consultation proceeds after the user agrees to the consultation fee and method.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

Consultation fees may vary depending on the type and method of service. The Operator will inform the user of the consultation fee and applicable conditions before payment.

The user shall review the provided information before requesting and paying for the consultation.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)

  1. If the user cancels before the consultation begins, the consultation fee will generally be refunded in full.
  2. If the consultation has already begun or the service has been partially provided, refunds may be limited depending on the amount of service already provided.
  3. If the consultation cannot proceed due to circumstances attributable to the Operator, the consultation fee will be refunded in full.
  4. Refund requests may be submitted through KakaoTalk Channel or email.
  5. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable laws and payment provider policies.

Article 7 (User Responsibilities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

  1. Providing false information during the consultation process.
  2. Using abusive, threatening, insulting, or sexually inappropriate language toward the Operator.
  3. Recording, distributing, or commercially using consultation content without authorization.
  4. Interfering with the operation of the service or infringing upon the rights of the Operator or third parties.
  5. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws.

Article 8 (Restrictions on Service Use)

The Operator may restrict or discontinue the consultation if the user violates these Terms or seriously interferes with the consultation process.

Article 9 (Important Notice Regarding Consultation Services)

  1. Saju and Myeongri consultations provide interpretations and advice based on traditional methods and do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
  2. Consultation content is provided for reference and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialized advice when such professional assistance is required.
  3. Final decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the user.

Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Operator complies with applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information. Details regarding the collection and processing of personal information are provided in the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

If a dispute arises in connection with the use of the service, the Operator and the user shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through mutual consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.

Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Any material changes will be announced through the website or other appropriate means.
